The Affordable Cooperative Housing (DDB) project, on which Kučera & Associates has been cooperating with the Capital City of Prague (HMP) for a long time, has reached another important milestone. On 1 November 2021, the City Council approved a memorandum on cooperation between the City of Prague and the City District of Prague 5, in which the City of Prague agreed with the city district on mutual cooperation in the implementation of the DDB pilot project in Radlická Street. The conclusion of the memorandum will be followed by detailed preparations for the conditions for selecting a partner for the project and subsequent contractual documentation, as well as an evaluation of the economic aspects of the project.

The construction of over 200 new cooperative flats is expected from the DDB project in Radlická Street.
